Terms & Conditions

Tour bookings are time specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time on the correct date.

If you arrive too late to join your tour (more than 20 minutes) you may not be able to participate and all payments may be forfeited.

Tours are subject to cancellation at short notice if weather conditions are not suitable. See cancellation policy below.

If you need a last minute tour, contact us directly by email at info@voilamalaga.com or dial +34 654 478 414, from 10.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.

Our clients’ information required to share with Voila Malaga (full name, email address, contact telephone number, etc.) is protected and strictly private, to be used only as necessary information in order to provide the correct service. It will not be shared with outside parties, made public by any means, or used in any way not originally intended.

Cancelation policy

Should you need to cancel a confirmed tour booking the following policy applies:

You can cancel the booking by sending an email to info@voilamalaga.com

More than 7 days notice: Option to reschedule tour date or request a refund (minus all credit card or PayPal transaction fees).

Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice: Option to reschedule tour date only. No refund of the deposit unless tour places could be resold.

Less than 48 hours notice: No option to reschedule or refund unless tour places are re-sold.

If you don`t show up at the beginning of the tour, our company reserves the right to debit a “no show fee” on your credit card which is equal to the total amount of the booked service.

Should we need to cancel due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances the following applies:

You will have an option to reschedule the tour date or we will refund your payment.

In case of refund, our policy is to refund only the payment made for the booking. We cannot be held responsible for any travel arrangements or costs that may be incurred on your part.
